So i was doing really good with cooking and eating healthy. I was even eating left overs for lunch most of the time at work. It started as everyday, then I starting eating out for lunch one day a week to treat myself. Then once i moved I got lazy and starting eating out everyday for lunch, then most days for dinner.
Now here i am again spending a ton of money eating out. More so now because I'm actually dating and going out so that just adds to the cost exponentially. So i get paid on Monday and I'm going real grocery shopping, lately i just get some essentials and maybe one dinner or lunch worth of stuff. This weekend I'm going to sit down and plan out my week and make a real grocery list. I also have to clear out my fridge of some old stuff that I never used because i stopped cooking.
Good news is I have cooked some and I should be better at cooking more diverse this time. Thats half the reason I stopped, I pretty much ate the same things over and over again. But I found a good recipe site and need to stick to the "dinner for two" sections. Left overs are my friend.
I gotta whip myself back into shape for real.

Summarize your life in a six word memoir, with optional photo illustration. Then tag six others.
Always stay postive, while still coping.
No one to really tag.

I weighed in yesterday at 193.6 and 194.4 the day before.
I worked out chest and biceps Tues and tweaked my shoulder doing decline bench. I still finished my work out though. I went to the gym for about 30 minutes yesterday and just did not have the desire to work out. So i left and enjoyed the 72 deg weather.
I'm not gonna go today. I should, but i want to work on my bike some and get it ready to put back together so i can go riding next weekend.

Are you a go-getter or do you wait for good things to happen to you?

its funny you should ask this question. In the past I waited for things to happen to me, but I am working on changing that. I've realized that nothing worth happening, happens with out you putting the effort in.
"true good fortune is what you make for yourself"
That quote just hit home for me when i was reading yesterday. All the good things that have happened in my life have come from me swallowing my fears and doing something.
So why are those moments so few and far between. How come I give in to my fears more than I conquer them?
i'm on there :) alynn, as always! read more
